Who We Are

Peter A. Rohlf, C.E.O.

With over 60 years of service, Peter oversees the general operations of Rohlf’s Stained & Leaded Glass Studio, Inc. Specialties are collaborating with the Studio’s clients and artists in developing design and style ideas, iconography and color palettes to compliment and coordinate stained glass windows.

Peter heads the glass selecting process for most of the projects and orders mouth-blown antique glass, as well as works side-by-side with his stained glass painters and craftspeople.

Peter Hans Rohlf, President

As a 3rd generation family member, I have worked at Rohlf’s Studio from the ground up. I worked in the Studio in my early teens doing all aspects of stained glass. In my late teens, I worked with the outside crews performing installations and removals.

I am responsible for all administrative work and I run the day-to-day operations from A/P, A/R, insurances, payrolls, etc. and all aspects of sales; both on the restoration end as well as the new stained glass windows. In addition, I handle on site work whereby I survey the windows and prepare condition reports with photographs, elevation drawings of the windows including sizes and floor plans. Back at the Studio, I will estimate each window on all the restoration aspects and write up our proposal with specifications and costs. Furthermore, I set up the outside crews’ schedule for removals and installations. Lastly, I perform layout work for shop drawings and supervise the Studio. When called upon, I am in the Studio cutting glass which is still something I love to do.

I graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT with a B.S. in business.

Gregory E. Rohlf, Vice President

I have held the position as Vice President at Rohlf’s Stained & Leaded Glass Studio, Inc. for the past 20 years and have been employed here since 1985. Between 1985 and 1999, I selected and cut glass, fabricated faceted glass panels (Dalle De Verre) and worked with our outside crews performing removals and installations.

Job Functions: My main focus as Vice President/Sales Manager is seeking out potential commissions, liturgical, institutional, commercial and residential projects. I travel when required and make presentations, provide consultations, specifications and estimates.
